The assets of the Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation are closely monitored by an Investment Committee of the Board of Governors of the Foundation, a group of experienced community leaders from a variety of business, educational, and governmental backgrounds. As stewards of the Foundation’s assets, the Committee and the Board hold the investment managers to the highest standard of ethical behavior and professional performance.
The Foundation’s holdings are audited annually. A copy of the IRS Form 990 filed each year by the Foundation is available for review.
