The Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation (FMAF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1960. It currently manages $50 million in assets and has granted over $16.7 million in grants and scholarships since 2000. Contributions, both large and small, accumulate perpetually and generate interest income to support charitable needs in the Cass County ND and Clay County MN areas.
